If you’re wondering if it’s worth it, I think it’s worth it. Although you have to invest your time, money and sometimes give up other things that may seem more attractive. Practice it regularly, in longrun this investment pays for itself.
I personally choose and practice individual sports, but practiced in a group (or with a friend). By practicing such a sport, I can develop at the pace I like, and at the same time the group provides support. On a day when I don’t feel motivated, it’s much easier to go to training if you know someone will be there waiting for me.
I would also advise anyone to bear in mind that injuries can result in a long recovery. So if I decide to take a risk, I consider risk of a bruise rather than a torn muscle or a broken bone.
rule: Safety first and foremost.
rule: First of all, train regularly, patiently - with a special attitude for interval exercises - and take care of the negative energy balance.
rule: If you want to stop regular training, make this decision after the next training session and not before it.
